Registration & Access Dates

Registration is the process of formally assigning and recording the enrolment of a student in a class or classes. Class Registration is not to be confused with College and University Admission. Registration is open only to those who have already been conditionally admitted, admitted or re-admitted to the University, or who are eligible to re-register.

To chose your courses and to find the Course Recognition Numbers (CRN) you may Search course offerings. (Course offerings are subject to change without notice)

Registration for 2009- 2010 regular session is now open to all eligible students.

Registration is open only to those who have already been admitted or re-admitted to the University, or who are eligible to re-register. If you need to apply to the University you can find all the information you will need at the prospective students website.

Registration in PAWS is based upon a student's access date. Access dates are based upon a student's Year in Program as determined by your college. Year in Program, in the case of returning students, is based on the last year you completed rather than the year you will be entering. For example, a returning student entering their 4th year will be in year three of their program for the purposes of registration. If you have questions about your year in program, please contact your college.

Students are recommended to attend an academic advising appointment before registering in classes.

If you choose not to attend the University, you must withdraw yourself from your classes through PAWS.

You can add and drop classes, search course offerings, check your registration status and your access date, check your fee assessment, and much more through PAWS* 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

  1. Log into PAWS
  2. Select the Academics Tab

System performance may be slower during peak registration periods. If you experience trouble accessing the registration pages, please try again at a later time.

View one of the registration tutorial videos if you need additional help.
