Introduction
St. Peter's Library supports the educational needs of St. Peter's College and the monastic community of St. Peter's Abbey. Members of the general public are also welcome to use St. Peter's Library and to borrow materials from it.
St. Peter's Library consists of approximately 50,000 volumes catalogued according to the Library of Congress (LC) system. The Library works in co-operation with University of Saskatchewan Libraries to access additional research material for students. St. Peter's Library is also a selective depository for Canadian government publications.
Since 2002 the Library has housed a 1300 volume collection of Saskatchewan and Canadian literature that belonged to the late, award-winning Saskatchewan poet Anne Szumigalski.
