Congratulations to Alumnus Bev Dahlby
St. Peter's College is proud to announce alumnus Bev Dahlby's award win for the 2010 Doug Purvis Memorial Prize. Bev Dahlby, BA (UofS), MA (Queen's), PhD (LSE) attended St. Pete's from 1966-69, and received the 2010 Doug Purvis Memorial Prize at the annual meeting of the Canadian Ecomomics Association.
The $10,000 Purvis prize, one of the most prestigious in economic policy, is awarded by the Purvis Foundation to the author/authors of "a highly significant, written contribution to Canadian economic policy."
Bev Dahlby is Professor of Economics at the University of Alberta and Fellow in Residence at the C.D. Howe Institute in Toronto.
