Student Government

St. Peter’s College Student Government is one way for you to become involved with serving the needs of your fellow students. Working closely with faculty and staff, the student government plays a key role in enhancing the campus experience. The student government is responsible for organizing events, fundraisers and projects. The government also serves as a liaison to St. Peter’s College Academic Council and the University of Saskatchewan Council.

Each year, the government completes a Legacy Project which will benefit the students in years to come. Past year’s projects have included the development of the student TV lounge as well as purchasing leather furniture for the lobby area.  Student government also works hard to increase each student’s awareness of their social responsibilities through recruiting and fundraising for non-profit organizations and charities and is active in organizing sports, intramural games, dances, and educational and social events.
