Opportunities Edge

St. Peter’s College welcomed back high school students and the public to Opportunities Edge, the annual one-day career expo. Once again, regional and national employers along with the premiere post-secondary instructions in Western Canada were in  attendance. Opportunities Edge provides a chance for youth and adults to explore post-secondary, trades, and career opportunities. Local employers and industry representatives are also present to discuss employment options. We welcomed back the Graduation & Career Coaches from Horizon School Division to provide information and support for high school students transitioning to post-secondary study and the workplace. With nearly 50 presenters each year and over 400 students, Opportunities Edge promises once again to be the largest and most comprehensive event of its kind in the region.

This year’s edition of Opportunities Edge was held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Next year’s event can be expected to be on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Post-secondary recruiters and industry partners interested in participating can inquire at admissions@stpeters.sk.ca

The public is welcome to attend the Exhibition Hall in the afternoon from 12:30pm – 2:30pm
